Pinatubo erupted, in the Philippines, it released more pollution IN ONE DAY, than man has released in 200,000 years.

Laws were passed by good ol Bill White to cut down on street pollution and even set up a bandit sign enforcement team that WILL come looking for you.

LOLI don't begrudge people who put out "bandit signs" or any other signs which visually pollute neighborhoods.

The first exposure that comes to mind for me is pollution but like I said this is my first deal of this type. 

They will get a C&D, and then they will never get a license and pollute the legitimate industry.

Liability hazards - pollutants could be distributed through the system...mold spores, toxic gases from refrigerants, other allergens, etc.Anyone else want to add on to the above?

@Christopher Leon This is a ground floor, so sound pollution would not be a problem.

However the property is located close an impacted water body and over the course of the next 2 to 3 years there is a study being conducted to determine if the septic systems in my area are contributing to the pollution of the river.

@Henrick Sorenson any type of pollution policy would be offered by a Lloyd's of London insurance carrier.
