Ottawa was great but the numbers dont make sense no more.I also found that in many of these markets, the sellers are retiring, they are not overly greedy, some offer seller financing and there is always great value add opportunities (mostly under value rents, easy light reno cosmetic jobs and leases that include electric heat and water which can easily be transferred back to renters.

I live in Minooka, about 20 miles east of Ottawa.  

The Florida State Legislature is considering a pair of companion bills in the House and Senate that are intended to, amongst other things, preempt the regulation of vacation rentals to the state, but even if they were to pass, preemption would only apply to municipalities that did not have their own vacation rental regulations in place prior to June 1, 2011.

Brady is working on a bill in the House (as is the Senate) on reforming 401(k) plans, to include access to the funds.

With this amount of support, the Senate will surely pass it as well and Trump will probably sign it into law.

I am looking at Ottawa and Edmonton. 

But look a town or 2 West of you, there are a decent amount of possibilities......Ottawa, Newark, etc.

Secret service, witness protection, senator/house of rep, police detective, etc.
