Its just like those in the nursery stock business they own the stock it does not run with the land..

Josh, it was definitely JACK Horner in the nursery rhyme, but I appreciate the effort :)I've been wholesaling for about 18 months now in the Columbus, OH market where I live!  

I'd rather see an update or photos of your project then the lasagna you made for dinner, or a picture of your kids nursery school report card...plus you never know where that next deal is going to come from !

Plus selling the products is a form of industry - in my area, it is not unusual to go to a nursery and look at the tag on a plant to see that the origin is from the Pacific northwest.

You can always take a few pictures and go to a local nursery and have them give you some ideas. 

You will run into the following: independent nurseries, people doing work on their yard and trying to unload their plants, really cheap potted plants from people who are unable to care for their plants anymore.
