I was waiting for someone from Texas to come and defend their great state.but unless these issues were brought up and it was just another ra ra thread for a market this person could have gone to texas got with some flipper or TK company that simply will not divulge the foundation issues and soil issue that are prevalent and real in that market..

Some states require that the RA, be an address (not PO Box) within the state that the LLC (or other legal entity) is registered in.
