I haven't decided yet if I will do direct mail, cold calling, RVM or some form of mixture of them.Eventually I would like to move into fix & flip & further down the line rentals.

MO farmland prices are currently doing very well due to sharp spikes in corn & soybean demand

I was a bit shocked by this report, as I had expected with the increased price of corn and farmers scrambling to get higher yields, farm equipment purchases would be through the roof.

Make sure your remove all the molded area i.e. sheetrock, wood paneling, etc.If you have it in the walls you need to expose all the mold.Spray it w/ your mixture and let it sit for 2-3 hrs. Then you can order a product call LUMBAR if you live in the Houston area you can buy the product at Solutions, a pest control type store.Spray that on the area and it will prevent mold from comming back.J.B.

Not only do they make money working the land, but also buy charging people to do things like run around in corn mazes and the like.I was just curious what other activities people create for this "agritourism"?

my mentors called it the "farm". you dont want a HUGE farm that has corn planted in on area, then 3 acreas some beans and 3 acres away some cows... keep it in close proximity, that way if something where to happen to more than one place you arent stuck running all over town..

Hi Ben, I've lived in Toledo all my life...can't say it's anything unusual that makes jobs and renters, we have strong manufacturing with obvious ties to the automotive industry (Dana corp- parts supplier, Jeep- manufacturer, Owens Corning- insulation/bldg materials, Anderson's- agriculture/fertilizer, First Solar) Like any area we have some $250k and up neighborhoods with little crime and great schools...and some seedier areas where you will read about gang shootings about once a week.
