Nothing was more evident than going to the mastermind earlier this month where you had people new to real estate talking and building relationships with people who have been in the industry for years.

But as a co-host myself that is part of a large (several hundred) STR co-host mastermind, I can answer all your questions!

As far as joining a program, I can’t say yes or no, but would warn against shelling out a bunch of money for a course or mastermind.

I am glad to compare this to other training courses and master minds, the training is a tool, and like any good tool it doesn’t do the job for you is simplifies the job.

A big way to expedite this is to go to local meetups and attend local masterminds that will get you in front of people that are in the community you want to do deals in and partner with. 

If you want to expedite your real estate journey, I would highly recommend joining masterminds that can push you to the best you can be!

I would think with enough "proof" you could deduct trips/masterminds and all of that This does not work the same as blending into speeding traffic.
