Sadly, on BiggerPockets, some are quick to label companies as scams without real experience.

Would love to connect, regardless of real estate experience I know we could all be of value to one another.

My name is Jamison Shaw, I am licensed general contractor with over 15 years experience in residential and light commercial construction.

No syndication experience but there are about a dozen quality RV/Mobile home parks on market in Oregon, several with owner carry options that can be passiv-ish with management in place.

@Mike FitzPatrick  I have experience investing with them. 

The unique thing about this platform is that you can actually search reviews from BP members and interact with them about their experience with that particular QI.

With your experience and possible skillset, perhaps finding a company to sponsor you for a green card may be a better option? 

I first came to the intro about a year ago and it has been a great experience.
