To the guy who made the $700 per person income stream comment, as the community grows they'll need to continue to grow the coaching team as the structure of the program is centered around smaller groups of people you interact with on a very regular basis.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily financing in the comments - or DM me directly. 

They have had many drawbacks in the past but they are quick to put out new features and do actually make changes based on comments in the forums.

I agree with Andrew’s comments particularly because this is a home you personally lived in and know intimately.
