But to your point even if everything was done correctly this is still a very tough asset class to buy and hold long term for out of state investors.. just is.. and for Morris to make the statements he has made about the asset class.. ( while its his opinion I suppose) he could not be more dead wrong and its obvious he is a new comer at this who has led a lot of nice people into some really serious financial situations.
