Check with your installer.That being said I prefer a glue down 3mm with a 6-12 mil wear layer and AO finish.

Any AOS can be found online or with a local attorney. 

Otherwise include a contingency as others have said that leases will be provided to you within X amount of days of both parties signing AOS.

I am working on the AOS so I’ll make sure that’s clear before closing.

I want that initial investment back ASAP ao i can play with "house money". 

You don't always need to be a O/O.

And then a O zone machine can be placed in the house in each room over night.
