Hi Calvin, if is it listed with anyone, it may have a similar address and a realtor posted your address by mistake,This happened to me a few months ago whereby I own a condo in a community that has 3 building and I own A6, but they were trying to list C6 and only added 6 to the MLS listing lol.

Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend?

As Guadalupe said above, a DSCR is a great option for buying with a lower DP but it comes with the caveat of higher interest rates; and as Nate said, National Bank of Coxsackie in Glenmont is a great local bank which wont sell your note to larger banks.
