With only $60 at stake and 1-3 hours of your time, might as well jump and see how it goes is my philosophy.to be fair and balanced like fox news this was the STS test its a national test that once taken and passed we can get a license in almost every state without having to take the entire federal portion.. the mortgage bankers test is far harder than the real estate test simply because of all the different tila respa  and any other number of alphabet soup things.. at least for someone like me that never did a conventional loan other than a borrower.. someone who has done conventional fannie Freddie lending it was probably a breeze for me it was tougher..

Perhaps it's because most of the calls I got were right there on the spot and it's hard to spell out a vanity number on a cell phone that doesn't have the alphabet on the number pad.At the same time I've had people call me because they could remember the number.I think my best response was with a local number without an area code.
