Provincetown did a fantastic job pivoting this year as best they could, but all of the major theme weeks (Carnival, Bear Week, July 4 Circuit Week, Family Week) were canceled, so we couldn't charge the premiums that we usually would have during those weeks.

Caribbean workers don't seem to be very dedicated and think nothing of missing a day of work.Mexico, Central & South America the biggest challenge is finding workers who's perception of their English matches reality.

I have a 2 bed 1 bath SFH, new build, new small neighborhood, pool, fenced yard, fully furnished.After 3 years long term we will go short term, but i think medium is better.It is on Bonaire, Dutch Caribbean.

Not as awesome as the first but more relevant.There you are a successful filthy rich investor making a lil day trip through the Caribbean seas on your fancy yacht when disaster struck.

He has not yet shown that he can weather an economic downturn, a factory closing or two, a unit that won't rent, breakins, a stolen AC, vandalism, plumbing leaks, falling gutters, frozen pipes, flooded basements, tenants with pitbulls, tenants with angry felonious boyfriends, tenants who won't pay, property managers who take the money and flee to the Caribbean, and the whole list which runs to so many pages. 

As a developer that markets and sells resort suites and villas located in the Turks and Caicos Islands in the Caribbean  to passive investors in Canada and the States, as  resort managers we in fact charge 40%.

Wanted to find out if anyone has invested into areas overseas. A friend of mine recently bought a plot of land in The Caymans and keen to find out if he got a good deal.

I focused on becoming a listing agent instead as it was just easier, but even then, all it seemed I had to do to get multiple offers presented that needed attention immediately was volunteer for the school carnival.

I have a 3/2 SFR rental in the Caribbean and am renting here.
