There are 2 pans that had rotten food in them, a couple of mattresses that have seen better days, and a few clothing items but rest is literally just trash.

I would also add removing old,broken,warn out,or enormous furniture that is clearly unattractive and makes the living room and bedrooms appear smaller and less comfortable than they really are.The house should be staged with modern and appropriate furniture to show buyers what they're new furniture will look like in their new home.Excess clothing that is not normally worn should removed from overstuffed closets and dressers and donated to charity,thrown away,or boxed up and stored off site from the home.If your toilets are old or have unremovable stains that look terrible,replace the entire toilet.Bathtubs should be reglazed to look shiny and new again.

I'm going to keep my personal things pretty limited... record player, clothes, pictures....

We can oversee that, but we don't ourselves employ handymen/women.  

-Elderly women passes away with a debt to nursing home and other related health bills liened against the property. ($250,000 debt/liens)-Home is valued at maybe $16,000.00 (fixer-upper)-County officials told executor that home will enter tax sale status at end of February if ($3000.00) property taxes are not paid and will then be sold at public tax sale in the fall.

Here’s what I learned: if you are doing some the work yourself, and you have painting on your list and refinishing the hardwood floors, don’t waste a second thinking about putting down drop cloths over those hardwood floors.

Keep calling to ask someone else, or better yet: put on your working class outfit (not you investor/know it all clothes!) 

We also started a women's networking group for Chicagoland female professionals.Since becoming partners, we have not only accelerated our business, but we have improved our lives.  

The homeowners literally abandoned the home and left so many things from the couch, pots & pans, canned foods, clothing, and a litterbox full of poop.  

For some reason (and I’m not sure why), many women (like me, maybe?)
