@Chris Braudis JrMy experience both as one seeking housing, and one seeking tenants, electric baseboard is deterrent to anyone renting In NH, highest utility rate in the country.I have seen landlords be successful with mini splits and propane unit heaters, but adding electric baseboard could be cost prohibitive.

I'm more of a hands on / visual learning but online is most convenient.

Bad photography, blown out lightbulbs, looks dark and dingy which might be the photos, bad copy, cant visualize the layout from the photos.

Do a visualization board or binder of what you want to accomplish immediate term, short term, long term and for generational wealth building.

The traffic and distance to the theme parks for vacationers traveling from your home in Poinciana to the theme parks, could end up being a deterrent to many people.
