I have a friend who has a gopro on a drone and it takes some unbelievable videos.

It is very addictive.

You may be able save the tenancy, but don't count on it, especially if they are into addictive substances.

Since joining I have been here every day, or at least think I have been here every day except for a couple days in early Aug when I was so sick i could not get out of bed.I have to believe i should have an addict award by now.

Everyone on this website is addicted to cash out refinances, where there is that six month wait, which is why that's mentioned so frequently. 

I am a single dad and will be an owner occupant, so my daughter and I only need a 2 bedroom, from day one the seller agreed to evict the tenant from the 2 bedroom unit as part of the deal, as this tenant had already been violating the lease by subletting to heroin addicts, multiple domestic violence police calls, late rent payments etc, and the other two tenants have been there for a very long time one for 12 years and the other for 20 years.

If you're particularly sensitive to it, I don't see any point in making yourself miserable over it.The other thing about smokers is that apart from a very rare few that are somehow able to maintain a habit of only a couple a day without it gradually becoming more, most of us are addicted to it to varying degrees.
