Getting Started - Overcoming Anxiety

How did you overcome the anxiety and finally get started? I’ve been bitten big time by the real estate bug and want to earn $10k a month in passive income to exit the rat race. It’s so complex and seems like so much potential for bankruptcy that my burning desire is matched by anxiety. I am interested in multi-family buildings.
