DSCR Loans in second position is not a thing - you might find a DSCR Lender that have other products that fit this need, like a Closed End Second or HELOC, but they aren't really "DSCR Loans" - I think you are likely looking for a CES (it is true however that you are correct in looking at the same place though, most of the lenders offering this on rentals are also DSCR Lenders)

This seems to be true whether it's CA, TX, AZ or OH - IN or GA.Apparently wholesaling isn't as easy as everybody thinks and are willing to pay big bucks to "learn".Obviously the decline has hit the information provider's customer base that they sell information to, and hurt their bottom line.

Those sites are a good starting point, but I wouldn't underwrite anything solely based off those estimates.I would suggest Enemy method - Same bed/baths, Amenities offered are step one, but speak to other operators that have similar properties/amenities and compare numbers with them (That is true data not estimates)How well are you marketing and providing guest experience?
