It is to my knowledge one of the wealthiest tourist driven towns.

I had one company (not the same one) come into town and they bragged how much they made on a house (over a 100k) and he gave the street name and the guy who did the deal (who was part of their team and in the room). 

We have issues our tenant airbnb our place behind our back in the past, also going out of town for months on end and renting her place out while she travels, so this feels like one of those situations. 

Hey Joe, One thing to remember with a home inspection is they aren't town inspectors looking to make sure everything is to code.
