Often they will keep the users around more then friends because users will fill their head with nonsense and lies (sugar coating s*it) and they tend to suck it up like a sponge.

The timeline I padded a few weeks just to make sure if anything pops up it can be taken care of within the time frame, but the rehab coats are low because this house need very little work.
