House hacking you are stuck for at least one year, that is the sticky part of FHA loans.

I never included in my profile that I as an accountant of any sort...Just wondering how you were going to proceed since what you have is a "sticky" subject that comes up every time. 

This doesn't mean it's a habit to share info with others, but its extra protection for the inspector in unusual and sticky situations just like this.

Talk to your realtor first and if it gets real sticky, talk to an attorney.

@Hammad Arif which is more durable, it's not even close, glue down by a mile BUT it must be done correct and not using the cheap-o "slumlord-special" sticky back 1' tiles, that's NOT what's referenced when so many talk about glue down. 

We found an additional tenant, the home is FILTHY black grout (in what was a new construction brand new home) sticky floors and walls,Roach infested.... literally the floor was sticky from all the raid they must have sprayed.( empty cans every where and the video of the home made my skin crawl!)

You can do an addendum to the existing lease denying overnight guests whether or not you can make it stick is another matter.
