Fat chance!

To think my decision to finally make the leap into multifamily came from running across a newspaper story about how Fat Property bought the building my friend lives in.I'm still at the START of my journey but if anyone has any questions I'd love to help and return the favor I was given 

They have great KPI and tracking capabilities that really allow you to be effective with your marketing spend and trim the fat as you go. 

One more joke on this thread:A wife is naked in front of the mirror and says to her husband, "honey I feel fat and ugly, give me a compliment..."

So your a slumlord to their standards that they know nothing about.Eventually, you will be fat, bald (joking on both) and retired rich slumlord vacationing where you won't hear them....... but laughing as you send pics to their work email !

When looking at that pile of retirement savings that is for many people their single largest chuck of investment capital - comparing investing that in real estate to leaving it in stocks is a very powerful and positive paradigm shift indeed.And yes, you will pay taxes on an IRA when you take distribution, but if you have been able to grow your IRA to a really big fat pile of money thanks to the deferral of taxes and good investing strategy, then paying some taxes at the endgame is OK.

There is a saying and I like it a lot – “pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered”.

Your checkbook gets fat and your taxes go down.There's a flip side when you sell, but fuss with that when you come to it.

You can bet that any tenant who asks for an extension on rents will get a big fat NO now.
