Ramping up this year but my wife and I ultimately plan to move to Georgia in 2027 (we already have a realtor for the curious). 

You need to work with a property manager that has experience with this, unless you plan on doing it yourself.

What about all the money we spend to build our businesses, run the business and market properties.

If I did, I'd find a place I really like to visit and be prepared to spend a lot of time there making connections.  

What’s your game plan for managing the park — hands-on or hiring a property manager?

The best thing you can do is plan that the first year will be on the lean side.
