What type of speakers would bring you the most value?

thank you for putting that up,  I didn't know myself the percentage but I have just recently went to a rei meeting and the speaker was pointing how much memphis is growing, from real estate, jobs, and etc

@Johnson Lo I was wondering about this too, but at a recent seminar the speaker said this is not allowed in LA.

every market has its ups and downs.. however if your trying to buy assets under fair market values then markets with low value assets  lots of rentals lots of non English speakers tough ghetto areas.. those are all ripe for that business.. next time you get someone on the phone ask them to put their kids on the phone to translate.

I would suggest checking out all the local live events and planning your visit to look at properties around several of the local groups so you can attend and connect.In July - Mid-America Association of Real Estate Investors, the local Chapter of National REIA will be hosting a Vendor Trade Show, open to the general public as all meetings are, but this is our annual networking night with no speakers.
