It would simply be one big spam fest if that were allowed, which is why its not. 

It's MUCH better than having a huge email list filled with names and numbers who aren't buying or your emails go to spam.  

I've signed up for many newsletter and email notifications and now I'm getting so many mailings that they're beginning to become SPAM with most of them being GURU solicitations.

I've sent numerous requests but now it's giving me warnings about spam messages.

When a prospect says that they are open to taking an offer I will call them back from one of my lead only VOIP numbers and tell them it's my direct line and handle all communications with them on that number so it never get's flagged for spam. 

I don't know but I wish he would stop spamming my CL ads with his marketing.

Look at State Farm and the Katrina claims history, they simply refused to pay at first, many have not gotten a dime as of today, so the unforseen or low p[robability occurence does effect how claims of any type of policy can or will be paid.I have not visited any of the sites provided and Patric, sorry, but I don't go to any business type of email account, not saying you would, but I get about 200 RE spams as it is, lol,.Bryan, term is generally used to insure the risk over a shorter period, while risks are greater.

I am really curious about this because in the USA it is perfectly legal to obtain someone's email and contact them so long as you abide by CAN-SPAM, which is very easily complied with.
