That said, perhaps there are other uses that I'm unaware of...When I first heard of "shelved" or "aged" corporations, one selling feature was that you'd look like you've been in business longer than actual.

Only need to worry about interior of place not Roof, laden, etcI purchased the property as a primary residence which I am not living in.  

It flies off the shelves in those markets because buyers can get a newly rehabbed property for rental hold above market caps.The flow of the markets and different niches have created interesting times indeed.

I think many women would see all those open shelves and think about how cluttered it would look with all their stuff on display.

Entry level homes are still flying off the shelves which is where I'm investing.

We also built the custom floating shelves in the kitchen.

Driveways, fences, lighting, security systems, hvac, furnishings, office equipment, shelving, equipment, etc.  

I only buy non-glass top stoves (they get broken/scratched easily) with as little digital as possible and only fridges with wire (not glass) shelves and no ice maker.

Either most don't yet understand the gravity of what has happened or they are laden with apathy is all I can figure. 

A custom built office in the top floor, custom cabinet shelving, semi-handmade kitchen, quartz kitchen, and Bosch appliances will allow this house to sell in a heart beat.
