It’s not that big of a deal with just a few properties but even creating a account for each property I have to print paperwork out and fax it in or mail it in which is really not scalable.

I need to start somewhere, but I would like to go in a path that can be more immediately scalable should I choose to do so.

I just completed my MBA at East Carolina University and really like the idea of building a team/business focused on processes that are scalable and where I can build a legacy for my family and kids.

In my opinion, anyone looking to earn $10k per month or more from rental cashflow should skip single family and go straight to multifamily investing because of the scalability.

How does the range of risk, return, liquidity, time commitment, and scalability compare to other styles of real estate investing?

I am currently trying out Yardi Breeze, as I am currently managing a small portfolio and is more cost efficient and scalable to merge with their Yardi Voyager platform as my portfolio increases.

Just looking for others personal experience and thought processes on the topic.While self-managing has worked for you, it's worth considering factors like time commitment, geographical distance, expertise, and scalability.

The scalability is definitely something that interests me as I'd like to delegate the majority of management.
