Another option to consider is using the space for Airbnb or mid-term rentals.Here in Texas, basements aren't common, but I found a home where the third bedroom had its own entrance right off the driveway.

When I typed in Google the title company and address, the building space is listed as vacant on Loopnet.With reporting this to the FBI, I'm guessing this is under Internet-Based Fraud or something else?

I love watching everyone create their own special space in the desert

I’m nearing the completion of my Tennessee Real Estate License, and I’m eager to connect with like-minded individuals in the real estate space, specifically in the Nashville and Franklin areas.I bring over 8 years of experience in renovations and custom home building, which has given me a deep understanding of the construction side of real estate.

Ideally, I feel like the space is worth 3400 a month but I have significantly lowered the rate because I wasn't getting ANY bookings :( I've posted listings on furnished finder, airbnb, zillow, and vrbo.

This is a great space to meet a ton of very smart people.

We are educators, but as far as I can tell, the only multifamily educators who don't have a fund or raise capital from their students to fund our own deals.I'm not saying this is incorrect, or wrong, I didn't get into the education space to teach people how to buy small AND large multifamily, only to turn around and ask them for capital.
