I used to volunteer teaching classes to people who were facing challenges in finding housing due to their past history.My advice to a person with negative history is to re-frame it in their mind, boost their self-esteem, and present themselves as renters who have learned from their mistakes and have reinvented themselves as responsible and law-abiding.

My hubby is retired now but I have been involved in all areas of real estate - flipping, holding, new home sales, multi-family rentals.........Now I've decided it's time to get my Real Estate Salesperson license so I can cater to those investors who need real estate people and don't want to have to "reinvent" the wheel with explanations.Just wanted to introduce myself.
