I was once told by a top 10 business school recruiter off the record to never consider getting a MBA unless it's from a top 25 (preferable 10) school AND your employer pays for it. 

There was a heavy push for recruitment into retreats and more focused coaching - starting cost at a few thousand dollars!

So ($2000 + $1800 + $1600 + $1400= $6800/month) I'm going to reach out to hospital staffing recruiters, insurance agencies, and construction companies in my area but I need to make sure my pricing strategy is nailed down first. 

I confirmed this with several travel nurse recruiters who have exclusive accounts with San Fransisco hospitals, and report higher than average winter rates and plentiful contracts in the Bay Area.

The gangs are recruiting 12-17 year old kids to do their shootings. 

My approach lately has been more "recruiting allies" oriented than "are you selling".

YMMV, I always just use the numbers/procedures/etc directly from Fannie Mae, ignore our internal company forms/procedures/etc, and start yelling at people if our company's internal stuff is incorrect (this amounts to an overlay, I was recruited on the promise that this firm has no overlays, so that's my leg to stand on when I'm raising hell :P ). 

They are definitely feeling the pinch of reduced wages and some of the major recruitment agencies are notorious for bait and switch on their contracts - be that the length of the contract or the payment terms.
