I will acknowledge that the value of the friendships and networks created from going to college is hard to recreate without that environment.

I spent an entire year trying to BRRRR a rental and I couldn't recreate the returns I was getting while putting significant work in. 

The BLM is also proposing Goldfield recreation area to get rid of the homeless encampments.

We also include surprise amenities like beach chairs, beach towels and a small cooler since there is so much outdoor recreation around here.

I didn’t recreate the wheel I just took the systems and process that we use at GM and reduced the scale of people and implemented them for my Airbnb, including GM’s famous words “subject to change”.  

It's going to take a sharper person to absorb the knowledge required to be as successful in CRE as one might be in residential, it's not different strokes for different folks, saying CRE, we're not just speaking of apartments, but office, warehouse, retail, industrial, recreational, government properties such as airports, it's a big world out there in CRE.

There is so much to do including the theme parks, golf and many other types of outdoor recreation, performing arts, and the Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Gulf Of Mexico beaches on the east and west coasts are only a little over an hour away.
