Go onto Redfin.com enter the zip code and see what listings are active and look at the photos and stats and how long they have been on market.

Maybe it’s me or a bug in their system but I’ve had nothing but trouble with trying to update photos and information.

After I'm done with that I spend another 2+ hours a day putting together photos and a full property analysis so that people out of town are able to see the property in its entirety. 

Need a little description preferably photos of exterior and interior.You need to get interest rate, down payment etc.

It would achieve more with a retail rehab but not ready to go down this road just yet.The strategy now is to rent it out and just hold while prices continue to riseWill post photos shortly

@Kevin Drouillard Without seeing what your rental listing looks like I would say no/bad photos is a good reason that a place might not get rented quickly.
