My goal would be to protect my home from personal creditors, ex medical bills.

My name is Tony Schlader, and I currently work full-time for a large medical company. 

Unfortunately I was injured pretty badly and was medically retired from the military recently.

I am looking at properties near the Medical Center and Kirby/Montrose/Galleria areas.  

I currently live in Northeastern PA and am looking to buy a duplex in the area to rent to Medical students (maybe undergrads as well?)

So now after one night with the AC’s she is saying they are making her sick and she found 3 black mold dots and she needs money back from her rent because of doctors bills and missing work and that I need to replace the AC’s with new ones.

Because of a surprise horror I encountered medically I became crippled about 7 year ago and i do not work or walk that occured when I was 54 and I've been bedridden ever since but I have been learning much on the Internet, 7 days a week, and read a book about every two weeks. 

If they can provide it and there are no other glowing red flags, sometimes it is worth giving them the chance.I have had applicants whose credit is bad due to medical bills resulting from an unexpected disease, surgery or hospital stay.

Think about a full time doctor, tons of money and zero extra time. 

I would like to move my medical practice business (LLC) into a suite of a commercial building (different LLC).
