It's far from perfect and it isn't always intuitive, but it's the best we've seen so far.

A good agent has intuition and negotiation skills (not many actually do, but the good ones do) that walk all over inexperienced, lazy, or unskilled agents.On the appraisal guarantee…that’s how markets rise.

Full blown reporting, tenant screening, is easy and intuitive to use, etc.  

@Bryce Clark it’s going to be tough to find highly profitable STR’s in opportunity zones, seems counter intuitive to start.

It's all a great game of tradeoff..It is kind of counter intuitive but have you proformad putting less down and buying more property. 

It seems intuitive that having it inspected would stimulate the HOA to fix problems that may be overlooked for years if I skip the full inspection.

Nothing is intuitive and if you do not follow regulations, it can lead to some not insignificant problems.

PM is not intuitive at all.

It has a very powerful and intuitive process for building automations, which is helpful with onboarding and follow up.
