I just recently became a first-time homebuyer and the experience was inspiring.

And if your rental is on acreage - whether foothills or plains in CO that is really what your children need rather than another 100 sq ft of room to get lost in.I raised 4 boys in 500 sq foot of sailboat. 

The issue for me, though, is that I want a house that at least inspires me to move into.

I am a RN and absolutely love what I do, but have recently decided that, although I love what I do, I would love to do it a little less and have more time with my children before they get "too old for dad." 

I am so excited to be join this community and very inspired to start my journey investing in rental properties. 

I've been married for almost 10 years, and we have 3 beautiful children.
