Just going over the house with this camera gave me loads of insights.Here's the home inspector's take on them and examples of what they have found, even down to evidence of mouse infestation! 

All walls, ceilings and insulation are out - flea infestation.

One of them spoke barely any English and their unit was infested with bed bugs.

And the thing about Seattle being so crime-infested is getting a little old.
