There are 10 Hotspots 6 of the 10 are in FL, rounding out the list is Vegas, NYC, Phoenix and Honolulu.

I wouldn't advise anyone pay for RE coaching from anywhere but I wasn't aware that Utah was the hot spot. 

If funding, contractors, local leaders and government continue on the agreed upon path, Sanford may very well be a hotspot for movers in the next decade.
