Nothing could be farther from the truth.i say put them in their place gently and carry a big stick lol.we all face the difficulties of being taken seriously.

They make great tenants as they gently use the property since they're basically living at the hospital.

@Adam ChristopherIn my experience, its common place for flippers, wholesalers and other industry buffs to attempt to lure sellers into accepting their offers as all cash when the have no intent to close in cash. 

baking soda + hydrogen peroxide 3% + laundry soapy solution seems to work best to neutralize the skunks secretions from hard surfaces (and pets fur), spot test first though.for human skin, tomato sauce or ketchup helps neutralize more gently. 

How can I gently tell them I need to learn more about them first before showing it to them?
