In light of all of these great discussions, I will also add that I think LOCs and HELOCs can be a great source of "short term funding", but would be hesitant to carry "long term debt" on them because they are both callable and floating.

Work on other crews also as everyone has their own way of doing things.I floated around through the trades, gradually learning most of them fairly well until I qualified for licenses, ended up with 4 different ones, although the B1s were the best.But.....the main thing you need to learn is - how to run a business.
