I am excited and nervous at the same time.

I'm particularly passionate about [ starting my own business on flipping houses..Outside of real estate, I enjoy  spending time w my kids ,, i love the outdoors alot and I enjoy making family memories .Excited to learn and connect with you all!

I’m KT, a disposition agent with New Western Realty, and I'm currently preparing for an exciting move to Raleigh, NC, in July 2025.

I have already rented my first property and am excited to continue on to the next.

I am excited to get started investing here because it seems like a market where cash flow is still realistic in 2024. 

I currently work in the Information Technology sector as a programmer analyst and am looking to start this exciting adventure toward financial independence using real estate as the vehicle.  

This property holds a lot of sentimental value for me, and I’m excited to see it contributing to my investment portfolio.

The bread and butter of my personal life are my three children, two girls and one boy.I'm excited and eager for network with any of you.
