Looking at these photos of Calwa properties, it looks like it is in a C- - neighborhood with trash outside, weeds not meeting fire code and in front of each buildings have dry rot.

We backed out of one after the inspection found several problems including 2 bad HVAC units, roofing concerns, a tenant who had torn up his unit, and dry rot on soffets.

If the damage is in excess of the $400 I will withhold from the security deposit.I have carpets in the upstairs portion of the house and the dogs and cats are likely to damage those.Her lease only expires next year.
