One thing I suggest doing as you do your research as well is to find a property on AirBnB that you like.

Most properties are remotely managed by owners/PMs and what was suggested would be an impossible and unrealistic standard to set - much less enforce. 

I plan to BRRRR this property to pay off the seller and get my money out and was wondering if you anyone has any suggestions on banks that can do refinances for mobile homes.
