Then they sell as many as they can at top dollar until something changes, then they start discounting and starting 'Fire sales" which hurts the previously purchased homes since the last few get sold for less.

Upstairs has 2 bathrooms (1 for master bedroom + 1 shared with the other 3 bedrooms). 

A really filthy appliance or bathroom can extend the time it takes to clean considerably.

we just got an estimate from a solar company today, they wanted us to go through the hero program. just running the numbers in my head, i figured out i would pay triple the amount of the loan over 25 years, there was a loan fee of three thousand dollars, the 1500 dollar veteran discount was put into the loan, the 1500 dollar rebate was put into the loan, by paying cash i will break even after five years, instead of paying 25 years. as far as im concerned the program is a joke. it will put you in the hole and you may never climb out of it. figure out a better way to pay for your home improvements, this one smells predatory.

I almost signed up for a $5000 mentorship (discounted from $7500 because he was running a special), also talked to a different guru/coach who charges $18,000 (several people have posted about this individual if you search the forums).

I had inspector in examining a new bathroom which had new electrical in support of the bathroom.

Once my parents told me our tenants bathroom was nicer than their own I quit upgrading unless I had a complaint or there was a serious issue.
