Besides, since they did the design/drawings, regardless of anything you do or sign, they will ALWAYS be responsible for any problems (real or fake) that comes from anyone using their plans.

@Zehua Zhou,You can use a Fidelity non-prototype account to manage the rentals, but it will have some of the features available with the bank's checking accounts, such as having a debit card, mobile deposit, and bill pay.

If you want to spend a lot of time, $ and effort without a lot of bang for your dollar, go with Salesforce. otherwise there are a lot of good products out there (some mentioned above). i really like Insightly - because it is easy to use, lots of great simple reports and followup features, and you can link different people to to each other so you know who knows who...

I'm deliberating whether I should hire my neighbor (he just had leg surgery and walking with a cane) across the street to do construction because if the construction turns out bad, I strain the relationship with the neighbor across the street, and also whether I should hire my neighbor from another place who does the design because I kinda don't prefer he knows where I live (just because if the design turns out bad, I strain another relationship with him and exposes my address of where I live).
