I could not help but notice that almost every other home is decorated with Christmas lights including some of our rentals.

We bootstrapped the purchase & renovations and bought furnishings & decor to stage the property ourselves.

Worst recent  tenant pays  late,  thinks the lease is a suggestion not a contract, and uses cigarette butts as a lawn decoration.

What I normally do is just stage it one time with my own furniture and some decor that is "borrowed" from a home goods - take the staging pics, then just return them, just make sure not to damage them at all.

Does anyone hire a interior decorator when renovating the interior of a fixer upper? 

Double wide will be property decorated and landscaped.Does that sound feasible?
