I wonder how many of the people taking those courses think it is an easy option to get into real estate vs doing the reading and figuring out info on your own or going to local meet ups? 

Im hoping to learn a lot from all the wonderful people on here.

Because technically if you do the work yourself, you are not "hiring a contractor" so I wonder if that gets you around it. 

I wonder if they have AI searching their listings gradually...

Wondering if there is any interest on here for a focus group for people a bit beyond the beginner level.

But wondering if someone has a solid operating agreement they're willing to share?

., or just know that they will bury the materials markup in their other costs somewhere and wonder how much you actually paid to have them manage your materials....
