Also I pull some lists myself too like tax delinquent lists from the counties and I have a few people who drive for dollars for me and I just look them up, find the owner and start sending them mail.I feel my lists are accurate, I get results from them, and update them too.I haven't heard of "sourcelist.com" so I couldn't tell you about that one.All my lists are quickly downloadable to excel and mail merge ready, which is cool.

QUESTION - have you had any calls from your marketing this way...and can you see when the images have been taken - hint, this is not the same date on the Google Copyright date which is whatever the current year is, but you have to look a little deeper down, where it says 'image capture 2014' or whatever year.That is a very cool thing if it works...maybe you look at the year before you start 'driving' down that particular road...and if it's say 2015 or newer...you go for it?
