Texture and color matching - Your contractor can custom mix the stain or pigments to match the color of wood, natural stone, or whatever material you want.

And we're not talking pale shades here, I mean primary colors.

Hi LourdesOne very quick step I always do is to look at the crime color shading on Trulia.com.  

It's not "gang" dangerous per say (you aren't likely to get shot at for walking down the street in the wrong color coat, rather, the biggest concern being dirty needles as opposed to much else), but again - anyone who has lived there will tell you it's far different than say, checking out homes in the British Properties of West Vancouver.

Duplex came up for sale in Coral Gables listed at 120K.There is no listing nearby which has sold in the past year for under 200K.Property requires light rehab.I offered 122K.
