I am interested in flipping homes.Have been for several years but I've had problems with financing.so I'm reaching out to anyone who would be interested in coaching me thru my first deal.I live in Texas,down south in the Houston area I would greatly appreciate any help I can get.

I was coached that I should hold it for longer and hopefully the next tenant will be better.So, I would caution that when you're buying from a turnkey provider, in most cases, you'll be paying close to market price or above market price since the property has been fixed up.
