Currently we (all the landlords) are repaving the parking lot, installing security cameras, landscaping, fresh paint on exterior, new roof and updating the laundry room.

I would like to install some form of security camera in my laundry room at the apartment complex.

That's lost rent right there.And buy a DSLR camera with a wide angle lens so you can make my rental look decent online.

I just did a house where the guy replaced a roof, sprinklers, security cameras and new grass.

He does buy cameras and lenses for his photography hobby (it’s not a cheap hobby).

If you go to the courthouse I would suggest bringing camera with you and take pictures of the documents.

Shooting in RAW (if available it's in your camera) will be a big help.
